So what is this big hype about? Is it really THAT good for you?
The answer is YES! Of course it has all the beautiful benefits everyone raves about, however, when it comes to diet, you must be careful to have it in moderation and here is why.
So, there was this one time, as a young 20year old I was trying to keep my figure in a peak small condition. Word on the street was – ‘coconut oil is great for you hair, skin and makes you SLIM!’
Of course, as a girl/women we all want to have that tiny tummy so I popped to the shop to have a try. I LOVED IT! I loved so much I brought 2Litres.
I drank it walking around town and all the way home… Now if any of you DIDN’T already know… it can have a laxative effect.
So forget the cleanse, I was HOUSE BOUND for the next 12hours THAT was for sure haha! This is the proof, coconut has to be eaten… not INHALED!
On the bright side, Coconut itself is SO SO SO good for you, in all forms!! Here I have listed all the benefits it can help you with.

One pointer I would say is, IF YOU SEE any health shops or super markets selling Coconut Water, PLEASE READ THE SUGAR CONTENT. Chances are they contain more than your daily amount of sugar so I would be VERY careful about what drinks you purchase.
Also, I use coconut butter/oil for dry skin on holiday every year from the cooking supplement! IT WORKS WONDERS! Also, My mum is blonde and she has used the exact same thing for cooking and a hair mask and it really does work!
If you cook with A SMALL slither of Coconut Butter/Oil, you don’t just get the flavour. It aids fat burn inside your body just by adding 1tsp to bake with.
