The Gluten Free Guider

So, why am I the Gluten Free Guider?

Being a young women at 25, I want to set the examples that we are all capable of achieving. I want to make things easy for you, make things understandable.

I have had a lot of people ask me about gluten free food, IBS, fitness and health.

I find food and drink are the fuel for your body! That happiness you put inside you, it sets the rhythm and pulse of your day. However, fitness, is the way to let go, let go of everything negative and be overcome with happiness and joy by doing so. It humbles you, makes you feel as if you’re born again. Ready for the next challenge of reality.

I love food, who doesn’t? I am always happy when I am surrounded by it. Fitness on the other hand, is not always something everyone finds easy. However, fitness can be for everyone.

Life seems to be game of chasing the next health craze, hype or diet.

At one point, my life consisted of unhealthy ways to be attractive, to be in shape and my body punished me back for it.
I believe health, happiness, brain functions and looks are all controlled in the same cycle. Its what you put in the body, that portrays what comes out.

So why Gluten Free? Over the years, I was able to spend time to reflect and to really think about how to project this across in a easy way.
My desire is to help you all, but with a powerful, positive vision.
I want you all to look back and be proud, by what you have learnt and achieved.
The Coeliac lifestyle was handed to me at 22, not by choice, but now I would not change it for the world because it made such a beneficial difference to my life.

I don’t know about you but when everyone talks about the science of foods: Allergies, Low GI’s, High GI’s, Serotonin Levels, Glucose, Sulphites etc. – Your concentration starts to boggle or fade.

We don’t all need to know the science, why is it never easy to know the simple facts?

Facts that can help with things such as

  • A recipe to what foods can go with what?
  • How to get your 5 a day in a meal?
  • What is Gluten and why is it suddenly so important?
  • Will it really change my life?
  • What foods can help prevent or help what diagnoses?

This is why I have written this Blog.

I want to make it easy for everyone to understand, whether you are gluten free by choice or by diagnosis, or simply want to know food facts and live a healthy life, it is something to praise yourself for. FOOD will be tasty and it is EASY!

Food can be a powerful thing beyond all means. Taste and scents can be sentimental. It can give people memories, I guess deep down like most people, I am never satisfied. I fuel on the crave of knowledge, to learn more.

In life you go through challenges, you face a lot of fears, experience a lot of change, and that never stops. So I also will jot down wise words from time to time, or my favourite Life Quotes, with an understanding of how it relates to me that maybe you can relate too.
A healthy lifestyle helps me feel sane and excited! It helps feel good on the inside.

Here I will provide you with the very basic knowledge and information of what foods will benefit your body functions, how to be healthy and most of all, be happy.

The main thing about life is, it only comes around once. With the words of Beyonce, this is how I would like to look back at my life thinking:

I was here
I lived, I loved
I was here
I did, I’ve done everything that I wanted
And it was more than I thought it would be
I will leave my mark so everyone will know
I was here
I wanna say I lived each day, until I die
And know that I meant something in somebody’s life
The hearts I have touched will be the proof that I leave
That I made a difference, and this world will see

So for now.
Forget trying to out do others, forget trying to be someone your not, remember why you started these life choices and do it because you love it!
Believe in yourself. GLOW and lets have fun with this!
